Welcome to It's the Perfect Space for Events- a beautiful, affordable venue where families, friends, businesses, churches, and organizations come together to celebrate life's most important moments. Conveniently located in Monroe, Georgia. Our venue is designed to make every event feel special, whether you're planning an elegant wedding, a baby shower, Gender Reveal, Sweet 16 celebration, graduation, birthday party, anniversary, family reunion, corporate meeting, training seminar, or celebration of life, or community event, we provide the perfect setting for unforgettable memories without exceeding your budget.

Founded by a passionate educator, entrepreneur, and community advocate, It's the Perfect Space for Events was created with the belief that everyone deserves a beautiful space to celebrate life's milestones. After spending years serving families through education and community programs, our owner recognized the need for a flexible venue where people could gather, connect, celebrate, and create unforgettable experiences without the high costs often associated with event spaces.

We offer two (2) different hourly rates to use our space and 3 packages. 

Weekdays $125/hour (Mon. - Thurs.) Brown Box Package  (4/hr minimum) $500

Weekends - $150/hour (Fri, Sat & Sun) Brown Box Package (6/hr minimum) $900

Brown Box Package - BYOD - Bring Your Own Decorations $900 (Maximum 6 hours)

Silver Box Package - Includes (table clothes, charges, & Center pieces.+ 2 add ons $1500 +

Golden Box Package - Includes table clothes, charges & Center pieces + 3 add ons $2,175 +

Choose the mood for your event: Intimate, Modern or Elegant, we will come make it happen!

Scroll down and reserve your date with a deposit.  Anyone can choose to split their event payment up just let me know how and when.  Payment option can be spread over 8 week to 12 months. This allows you to have the event now and pay later!​  Ask me how! Our goal is to become Monroe's favorite gathering places for families and community events.

We are centrally located near downtown  Monroe off Spring Street and Breedlove with easy access to nearby surrounding cities: Monroe, Between, Snellville, Loganville, Between, Grayson, Winder, Good Hope, Social Circle, Bogart, Bethlehem, and Athens, Georgia.
